Rune Magic Slate

A large basalt slate containing instructions on how to create and perform rune magic, a dwarven form of magic that was forgotten long ago.
It was a family heirloom that was brought to Kazad Kvinn in 915, the inscriptions were thought to be fake as rune magic was a mere myth at that point.
