Rune Monument in The Mountains of Despair

A raised circular stone floor with 2 stone steps on one side and 3 smooth pillars on the opposite side.
There is a stone pedestal next to the steps, the pedestal has a slot on top of it that looks like it is meant to take a tablet of some kind. This one is located on The Mountains of Despair.

Architecture

The architecture looks to be of ancient style but the stone looks almost new with barely sign of age.
