The Hands of Adanos

The Hands of Adanos. Mainly focused on aquamancy. These are the leaders of The Church of Adanos.

Structure

The organization structure is split into 5 different ranks.
To join as a "Hand of Adanos", one must first become a "Source". 

Source:

A Source must serve under a designated master watermage. They can not leave the monastery without permission from their master or a mage of a higher rank than the master. After making a vow to put Adanos and his teachings before any other priorities they are initiated as a Source: A Source must serve under a designated watermage, they are taught the way of life of a Hand of Adanos. Responsible for cleaning the monastery and other tasks.

Stream:

Once reaching the rank "Stream", they are now taught their first aquamancy spells. May be given a Source to teach.

River:

Gets a key to the monastery. Gets additional responsibilities and is taught some secrets of the church. May be assigned to work at a church as priest or be ordered to wander the world to spread the word of Adanos.

Ocean:

Gets some leadership duties and may be assigned a monastery to lead.

Cloud:

Only very few manage to join this rank. These are the key decision makers.
