Ashtara is the picture of elegance, her scarlet hair flowing like molten copper, draped over her shoulders. She often wears a sleek, form-fitting gown, the color of blood and wine, with intricate patterns embroidered in dark thread along the seams. Her clothing oftne used as a tool to tempt and intimidate. In colder weather a heavy, obsidian-black owlbear fur mantle rests over her shoulders, making her look every bit the cunning aristocrat she is.
Her makeup is striking—bold, smoky eyes paired with deep rouge lips that curl into an enigmatic smile. The sharp angles of her face and piercing gaze suggest both beauty and danger. A glint of gold shimmers in the jewelry she wears: a single ring with a red gem and matching earrings, accentuating her status.

Personality:

Ashtara is ruthless, ambitious, and wickedly charming. She's befriended high-ranking officials in several city-states and mid-level ones in a few nations. This allows her a degree on influence over those that control trade routes and political intrigue. Beneath her alluring exterior lies a mind as sharp as a blade. She uses her beauty and wits to manipulate those around her, playing them like pieces on a chessboard to further her own agenda.
Her motivations are complex—power is an overt one that is known. Beyond that, no one can say for sure. Whether it is a secret alliance or betrayal in the name of her ambitions, Ashtara never makes a move without calculating every possible outcome. Those who underestimate her do so at their peril.

She's connected to The Ten Lashes as one of it's chief members. She's also connected to the leadership of effectively all the city-states of Idir. There is enough evidence to show she's also well connected in the Bardh and Yovincia regions of Peredhel as well. Where her influnece and connections extend beyond that is unknown.
