The fortress built by Dwarves into the side of a mountain, towards the East of Avalon.
The dwarves specifically picked the mountain adjacent to the Earthen Path (the gap in between the mountains that split the North East and South East side of Avalon) to build their keep both for the importance of the location and the fact that it was directly in between the Human and Elf settlements.
This made them the go to for forging weapons and armour for both the Humans and Elves, especially since the protection enchantments made by the Dwarves are some of the best in Avalon. The city is split into four districts, one for each element Earth (Earthen - North East), Air (Sky - North West), Water (Chill - South East), Fire (Flame - South West), they originally only had two districts the Fire and Earth which they split into focusing on crating offensive and defensive items and magic but after the end of the Age of Darkness and the rising of the other elements they created a Air and Water district which focuses on experimental and practical goods and services.
