Amonica Blythe is the daughter of famed machinist and scholar, Solomon Blythe, and is the current Mayoress of Sota following the death of her father in 525 AXR. She was elected as Mayoress the following year after her pledge to make Sota an independent state separate from the Everen Empire resonated with the vast majority of the city's inhabitants. During her time in office, she has been making good on that promise, improving trade in the city to make Sota completely self-sufficient. Thrice she has proposed negotiations with Emperor Barontyne but thrice she has been denied, and is beginning to worry her promise will go unfulfilled. The citizens of Sota see her as a caring, hard-working leader who puts their best interests at heart, though, deep down, they know that her good-willed nature makes her brittle and exploitable, and so don't expect to see her around for long.
"The streets of Sota are alive, always bursting with energy and rich culture that no scholar could ever write down in words. I may now govern the city, but without its people, it would be nothing. My Sotinites are what make it come alive."
