Aura Sickness

Aura Sickness is a strange disease from Byrexior that nobody yet knows the root cause of. In the past few months, the disease has spread like wildfire throughout Elgen Isle, most likely due to the planar gate hidden beneath the island. Aura Sickness is most likely fatal, leaving victims with just under a year to live if they're lucky. Symptoms start with extreme weight loss and a gaunt exterior of the face. Then all the colour begins to drain from the body, leaving it almost greyscale and soulless. The sickness is yet to claim any lives but the cure is also far out of reach - a lotus tucked away in another world completely.
