The Nine Elements

The Nine Elements is a rat familiar belonging to Sly Tony and longest supporting member of the Masters of the Nine Elements (Tony's party that was named after him). Given as a gift to the young Kobold by his mentor, Dakde, all the way back in Dereg'mal, The Nine Elements has participated in many a Great Rat Heist, sneaking and slipping past guards in order to gain information for his party. He also wears a top hat and speaks in a British accent because he's cool as f*ck.
