Winston Van Der Bra'at (Win-sten van duh Brah-art)

Winston Van Der Bra'at is the current Governor of Ragnizdé. Growing up in Régh van Aɉłlen near the docks, Van Der Bra'at became obsessed with the ocean. He became a Harbour Master in 345 AXR at the age of 118 and came to power in 503 AXR after being voted into office to fix Qaruno's issues in trade. In 511 AXR, he founded the Sygr'mir Trade Federation along with Thorym Irønhardt to try to amend his province's situation. Van Der Bra'at's skills in managing dockyards proved useful when working alongside Irønhardt. So far, the project has been successful and Ragnizdé is thriving once again.
