Régh van Aɉłlen

Overview

Régh van Aɉłlen (commonly abbreviated to Réva) is a city located right on the southern coast of Ragnizdé. It acts as a Dwarven Subcapital City of Qaruno. Régh van Aɉłlen has a population of approximately 28,000. The city was established in 7 AXR during the restoration of Ragnizdé after The Wars of Xandria. Régh van Aɉłlen was chosen as the Cardinal City due to its access to the Zeltan Sea. It has also had a very close partnership with Vɉölkendar for centuries as most of the export materials come from The Iron Maw. For most of its years, Régh van Aɉłlen was made up of divided trading factions wanting to make use of its harbours. However, as of recently, in 511 AXR, the Rû-kurlågn proposed that in order to tackle the economic decline, a new trading company should be created as to put an end to civil sabotage between factions within the city. This trade company, the Sygr'mir Trade Federation would replace all other existing companies by either buying them or driving them to bankruptcy in order to expand and become the only trade federation in Qaruno. This would allow the Government to control all imports and exports and revive Qaruno 's trading reputation. This was known as Project Sygr'mir.
