The Lunahelm Raiders are defined by their belief in the survival of the fittest.
While there are still farmers and settlers in the Raiders, they’re looked down upon compared to the Raiders. These folks mostly consisted of conquered peoples who don’t ascribe to the Blood and Brine need for sailing and violence.
Religion
They worship The Druidic Order of Blood and Brine, which places emphasis on reincarnation. If one is in an an unfortunate situation, it’s because they weren’t brave enough in a past life. Ones misery and weakness is brought upon themselves. Farming and settling is a waste of time when you could be proving your bravery in hunt and battle to the Gods. A specific massive point of contention and conflict is The Druidic Order of Blood and Brine believes that killing The Chosen will grant ones family incredible luck and benefits in future reincarnations.
