Welterglow

Welterglow has been the trade capitol of Avasoyrd for the last 600 or so years.
It’s currently run by a coalition of Merchant Lords and is politically focused entirely on economic growth at any cost. The mindset that anyone could become a Merchant Lord with enough luck and hard word is incredibly core to the countries belief and keeps the populate in check.
Right now, the Merchant Lords are generally focused on “helping” Amberreach, trading with The Great, Holy, and Pious Alliance of Kingdoms, and offering any remaining citizens of Halcystead help to the mainland (they can work the cost of it off later).
