Qi-Rah
Qi-Rah is a high-ranking member of the Celestials.
Hardened by years of living in the streets of Fire Fountain City, Qi-Rah grew up stealing and plundering from the wealthy with Jax. One day, on a failed heist, Qi-Rah is arrested by the authorities after Jax makes a false confession about her being the perpetrator. Jax runs into the nearby forest where he almost starves to death but is saved by the Kitsune spirit, who gives him Firebending. However, the Kitsune is not able to escape, and Jax becomes a host to the spirit.
Qi-Rah later surfaces in Omashu years later, during the Repolyo Heist. By this time, she has entered a relationship with Niya.
Over the years, Qi-Rah was trained by the Celestials after taking her in as a refugee. She has learned to bend lightning, which Mother found useful, making her one of her "daughters" who served as a lieutenant.
