Pola (Poh-la)
Polas are quite similar in appearance to Sibrians, usually possessing a similar physique and also standing around 7 feet. Instead of brown fur however, Polas mostly have white. Additionally, their facial structure and some organs are distinctly different from those of Sibrians. They aren’t especially intelligent but are quite industrious, mining being a major facet of their civilization.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Polas can survive in the coldest temperatures of any known race due to their extremely well insulating fur and small blubber layer between their skin a muscle. The most common color of their fur is white to blend in with snow, but brown is also quite common.
Genetics and Reproduction
Classic mammalian reproduction, very similar to human. Relatively uncomplicated genetics.
Growth Rate & Stages
Humans have a comparable growth rate to Polas.
Ecology and Habitats
Artic and frigid habitats are preferred by Polas, though continental worlds are also colonized. Polas can survive in hotter climates, so long as they aren't too hot, but they find them extremely uncomfortable.
Dietary Needs and Habits
