Pola Empire (Poh-la)

Culture: Industrious/Socialist The Pola Empire is one of the older ones in the galaxy, and yet still one of the least known due to their reclusive nature. They generally disfavor getting involved in the affairs of other empires, but since they are allied with the Walren Empire, they do lend troops to them in times of war. This is both to support their ally and also to give their troops much needed combat experience. There are multiple rich asteroid fields located in Pola territory which they utilize often, making them one of the galaxy’s leading producers of Davantium. Lastly, Saurian geneticists suspect they are distant genetic ancestors to the Sibrians, though it is unknown how they would have been so far separated. Technology: Pola technology is not very advanced on its own, but as much of their economy relies on mining, they have perfected the ways of mineral extraction and additionally are able to engineer some of the galaxies best metals. Due to being in an alliance with the Walren Empire, they often use their tech and ship/weapon patterns to defend themselves.
