Ebenezer

"Pushing its way through the fog and dank of the glacial waters was a tower of dark ice. The mere visage of the thing invoked a preternatural and primal fear in my men and I. Half the crew committed suicide by jumping into the ice waters. They sank without whimper, not even trying to keep themselves afloat. Since the vessel's captain was among those who took their own lives, I ordered the retreated and thankfully the sailors obeyed without question. Not even my legendary curiosity was enough to overcome the dread I felt that day." - Madame Gentry.

Purpose / Function

The ice throne and fortress of the Human known as the Ice King.

Architecture

The Ebenezer is an iceflow with a black ice fortress upon it. It is masked by a mile-wide thick black fog which expels from the top of the fortress. Those within the fog are magically feared.

History

The Knights of the Golden Order and the crew of the Nemezhat (then known only as the Xerhat) joined forced to do battle with the Ice King and his fleet of ice flow ships. In the end, the Ice King was killed and his black ice fortress sank. It was also discovered that the Ice King was a member of the Queen's Men.
