Goblin Mercenary formerly working Wraith and his allies. After a failed attempt to kill the party outside of Bilgewater, Kemmek surrendered and offered up information in exchange for his life (and some gold). He told them that a human named Queresh came to Gez'rek and hired the goblin mercenaries and brought them on a ship up to the city of Northport. Then the whole group went to Bilgewater where they met up with Wraith.
Kemmek agreed to speak with the other surviving goblins to convince them to leave the party alone. He wasn't successful and ended up injured and barely made it to the home @Borthus.
