Encountered in a humanoid form in the wine cellar at the Bernathi Estate. He was summoned there and while sleeping and drinking, Renaldo took his belongings, including the anchor needed to return home to the City of Brass on the Elemental Plane of Fire.

He did go back home after the party retrieved his items but left them with a fireproof satchel and an elaborate puzzle box.
