The Draemark House AKA the Party's Home

Family home of Elbis and Corbin Draemark. The large house has been abandoned for over a decade. Olvar, their father and the previous mayor, passed away twelve years ago after a prolonged illness. Since then, the house has had a sinister feeling. Straeva, the high priestess of the Temple of Rest, warded the house to keep any undead entities from leaving the house.
The party has dispatched the ghost of Olvar and his undead minions/victims. The bodies have all been brought to the temple where they have been put to rest. The mayor has assured the group that the residents of Raven's Crest will be very greatful and willing to help clean and refurnish the house. The house is now theirs to use as long as they want.
Upon returning from Port Oruss, the party found that the repairs have all been made. They even have custom-made quilts on their beds with some suprisining accurate decorative touches. They didn't have long to enjoy the house as the Slaad menace needed to be investigated and dealt with.
Since taking over the house, they have brought two new people to live there, Sebastian Blackcoat and Brevelor. Most recently, they have had a teleportation circle installed with the help of Nils Prepsel.
Brevelor has moved out and Eldon now lives there full-time with Audrey.
