Overview

The governing body of the Free City-State of Centrum. They direct and coordinate all strategic matters of the city, including when and how to engage with businesses in other territories. Some consider the council to be visionaries who will continue to lead the free city to prosperity. Others believe they have become increasingly complacent and ignorant of the changing whims of their larger neighbors. The most well known critic of the council was Pontius Ophiucus, whom many knew had wanted to take control of the council. Even the council knew of his potential schemes and have made preparations accordingly, though it was later found to have been unnecessary. Today, the families that hold all seats of power within the council do so with impunity.

Each member of the Director's Council were heads of the largest and wealthiest businesses in Centrum. The current head of the Director's Council, one Kavi Imzel, once headed the city's native distributor of Sable Fiber. Each member is also a shareholder of any businesses that have engaged in the new practice. The Director's Council holds majority shares in most businesses, making them the de facto owners of nearly all of Centrum's native businesses. They have also sought to purchase shares of ownership in foreign businesses, including those within the Queendom of Lunaria. However, Lunaria has recently began to pass laws that make engaging in such practices increasingly difficiult as has the Kingdom of Helia.

Current: Authorizes inflows and outflows of the organization's monetary resources.

In charge of ensuring that Centrum's taxes are paid.

Charged with the organization's record-keeping duties.

In charge of conducting investigations into the financial position of all businesses operating in Centrum.
