This individual will imbue an item with Magic Rune(s) for a price. The technique of imbuing items requires knowledge of the arcane (Knowing a few Xēlōian runes helps too) as well as being skillful in using some specialized set of tools. These tools can range from a blacksmiths set to an embroidery set (runes don't always have to be engraved).
