Jarl Haegan Ulfrick
Haegan is the jarl (king) of Halmr and leader of The Novdruggon. He holds the most consecutive sessions as the voted jarl, most likely because of his extreme charisma. It's rare he's spoken ill of, especially by his own people, recognized not as jarl or a leader, but a fellow Hathuun and respectable warrior.
