Whitemane Salvotore
It doesn't take long to dislike Whitemane Salvotore, but the fact he's irrational and tactless is just the tip of the iceberg. As if that's not enough he's also malicious, scornful, and troublesome, but at least they're not as bad due to intertwined habits of being gracious as well.
But focus on his as this is what he's often despised. Even the best intentions have been soured because of this and his deviousness, which is too bad for all sides.
Fair is fair though, Whitemane does have some brighter sides within the darkness. He's clear-headed and responsible among others, that's at least some form of redemption.
Unfortunately, his tactlessness is always there to ruin everything again.
He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
He comes from a rich western family. Whitemane was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Whitemane decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. He is greatly indebted to them.
