Temple Charm

Significance

Temple charms are a significant part of the world which follows St. Lucia the Spiritwalker and the Iternitus Magna. These charms are often a way for temples to make money, by selling these charms to people to help benefit the community.   The Charms are individually made upon request, possessing the power to help people in certain goals. These could be as simple as studying for a test, or as complex as hoping to find love and made friends. These charms are sacred to many people and help them in their daily lives if they believe in it.   Through the use of these charms, people feel they can make changes to their lives and often buy multiple per year. However, it is considered foolish to purchase two of the same kind at once, as they do not stack their power.
Raw materials & Components
Temple charms come in variety of shapes and sizes. From local forest temples handing out small cloth bags of herbs to the exquisite brass cylinders containing incenses from the cathedrals; Temple charms have become a common sight among the populace who follow the words of St. Lucia the Spiritwalker and her Iternitus Magna.   The main components are quite simple though. First, one needs a container, be it cloth, glass, or even metal. Normally, these containers are not much bigger than a couple of inches. The container is then filled with either sweet smelling herbs, paper, and earth from the temple grounds. The containers are then sealed, utilizing a small cord which also ties on a small paper, or brass, ward to the lid. Priests then grant it a small prayer, with the hopes of it helping people before it is dipped into annointing oils.
