The Necromancer

Mattrim

The son of the miller at the town of Nilgard in the Blackwold of the Western Dales.
It would seem that the Necromancer's mother died in childbirth, causing his father to grow bitter and spiteful of him. Years of torture and torment at his father's hands caused the boy to become susceptible to outside influences. Eventually the boy, now a man, came to his father calling himself the Necromancer, and he overpowered and beat his father, capturing and tormenting him at his father's mill in Nilgard, where he was ultimately slain.
For over a year Mattrim raised his undead forces with the intention of creating a kingdom of the Undead. However, his ambitions would be short-lived, as he was beheaded by the The Greater Restorers during their campaign against him.
