from the writings of Saint Aryabhatta , Saint of Enlightenment

"At one point, a silence fell over the Heart Chamber, and a figure with piercing concentric eyes raised their hand to speak. It stood and with a wave of its hand an apparition appeared in the center of the chamber. This illusion appeared as an elderly man with a large brimmed hat and robes. Once it fully formed it began to address the Sentinels.

'The world is filled with mysteries, many of which the creation has yet to discover. However, some of them feel the pull towards the unknown. They wish to unveil it and present it to their brethren. I will protect this visionary spirit. Those who push the boundaries of knowledge and create new frontiers walk in my light for this is a beautful thing.'

Quickly, Euphrates interjected, 'Ixis, there are somethings that better left alone. Mortals are not meant to possess certain knowledge for it could be dangerous, much less it could destroy their mind, or the world itself. Do you have any limits to what you would encourage?'

Ixis answered swiftly and certainly, 'Absolutely not. If one has the mental fortitude and capacity to seek and find, then one is deserving of the consequences of one's discovery.'

'What of █████ (magic)? Would you hand that over to the creation?' asked Euphrates.

'That remains to be seen. Though I am not wholly against it. I am done speaking.'

And thus, Ixis sat and the apparitition disappeared."
