Speaker Cesilie Sehr of the Academic Congress
Speaker for the governing body over the multitude of academies and universities in the Ju’Ri. She was a highly respected professor of Education before she became president of one of the universities. She was nominated by her peers to the Congress and then to Speakership. She is the expert on herding nerdy cats towards something cohesive instead of bogging themselves down with internal politics. She has great sway over which research grants gets approved and what shape and direction Ju’Ri academics takes.
