Pearl Refuge
The Pearl Refuge is a ruthless darker side of Selatres. A city full of pirates, cheats, and ducats. Golport and King Milo don't seem to be too worried about the actions that occur here as they bring in a lot of coin. Like a stupid amount of coin. Ale and rum are served at every meal. When one bar closes another opens. There is always an open store for any of your wildest desires. Pirates are very common here. Taking odd jobs and quests to fill their pockets, mainly for rum. Rum is the most bought and consumed drink here. The actual city looks more like a bunch of wooden houses that were dropped on a cliff near the sea. Buildings on buildings stacked high with planks, ropes, and stairs leading up and down and in every which way direction. Nets of fish anchors any and all sea equipment are just all over this place. Remalentino a blue Dragonborn seems to be the only kind of authority figure here.

The whole city is on a giant cliff which leads down to the sea and their docks.
