An addictive pastry that grants pleasant dreams to those who eat them. You found "Granny" the Hag selling these pies in the Village of Barovia. Later on you found the Hags of the Windmill making these pies from the remains of dead children at The Windmill.
Killing the hags and rescuing the children likely halted the production of Dream Pies, but you are not sure how many are still out there.
