Kasimir Velikov
Kasimir is the leader of the dusk elves that reside outside of Vallaki; the last of their kind. Mutilated and grizzled, the old elf clings to any hope he can in this darkened land.
He recanted that in the past, his sister had fallen to the allure of Strahd, and had to kill her instead of her becoming his slave. As a result, Rahadin descended on the village and slaughtered all the dusk elf women, and cut the tips of the ears off of each male elf.
Kasimir knows of a temple that lies deep in Mt. Ghakis which has power that might help both him and the party. Though, the party needs to prove themselves before he his willing to show them where it is.
