Lady Morwen Daggerford
The stern woman who appears to be the acting leader and duchess of Daggerford. At her behest, the party was called to deal with a strange caravan which appeared outside of town, along with some strange mist that she did not seem to think was actually strange at all.
She wants her people to think that she is compassionate, and asks the party to remove the caravan peaceably as they have been tormenting her townsfolk, before putting the torch to the wagons.
