Madam Eva
Cackling can be heard from a large decorated tent in the Vistani camp alongside the Tser Pools. Inviting everyone in, and knowing everyone's names and stories, the elderly Vistani proceeded to read the fortunes of each of the party members.
She is the leader of some of the Vistani who reside in Barovia, seemingly not in the service of Strahd in particular (though he certainly still gives protection to them). She knows what the Curse of Strahd has wrought on the lands of Barovia, and wishes to see it cleansed and returned to a state long before Strahd's rule. She has the power to read other people's fortunes with her black vellum cards.
