Rahadin
A pallid elf wearing fine clothing seems to bring about the screams of fallen victims around him as he moves. Claiming to be a servant of Strahd, he moves on his behalf and acts quite cordial despite the reputation Strahd has.
He appeared at the late burgomaster's funeral, much to the anger of both Ireena and Nova. He left the event in a black coach after giving a letter to be delivered to Ireena as well as expressing interest in meeting Ahrieya.
