House V'strimon

House V'strimon controls the Coil River which runs from the Throal Mountains to the Aras Sea and intersects the Serpent at Lake Ban. The aropagoi also controls a small portion of the Serpent on either side of the lake.
The Floating City, located at the center of Lake Ban serves as the aropagoi's capitol.
House V'strimon is closely allied with the Throal Kingdom, the city of Urupa and House Syrtis.
