Session 25: The Dwarves Jourvian: Musteli Parely: Animaesus and Tarrasques
General Summary
They travel and practice some personal ventures for the 3rd of Fall Feather. The also scavenge enough food to last them for a few days.
The next day, they meet near the edge of the woods, and they discuss their torn wishes of splitting the party, where Mel will return to the city. Eros doesn't understand the reasons for it, and she wants to go explore the lands, find the kin of the artifact Ka'sh.
However, during this discussion, a musteli, weaselfolk sneaks up, with friends of his ilk, and great misunderstanding turns into an almost war. However, through fear tactics and reason, they convince the musteli to a moot. Here they discuss the recent dwarven digs around the City of Salt, how the musteli have taken it upon themselves to stop them, but also how it is getting worse.
A few minutes later, as the sun goes down, hundreds of feet near the tree line, they see a group of dwarves coming to, following after Ka'sh's trail. This ignites Mel into a defensive rush to distract them, with Ssech helping, but his use of Fireball further forces the group to engage in full, and with the Musteli assistance, they decimate the dwarves, finding only one of their scientists left to interrogate later that night.
