Derkhan

An older woman who sat quietly with Isaac and Lin as the party questioned their group. She only made noises of amusement as Josiki stole the glasses off Isaac and gave him nods and chuckles in approvement. Other than these few noises she said nothing and seemed to just be watching the group with slight interest. Though this is most likely due to their behaviour rather than anything of note.
She is editor for The Star newspaper, one of New Crobuzon's bigger publishers.
