The Creeping Mists

A set of Elven twins, a deaf and (mostly) mute cat-like man and a barbaric human - all strangers to one another (aside from the twins) are called to the estate of a high ranking noble in Myrshock and are tasked with a seemingly simple quest. They find themselves engulfed in a mysterious magical fog and that not all is as it seems. No longer in the hot, humid rainforests of the Rohagian coast the party find themselves in a cold, wet and frigid place, the thick fog the only constant.
They find a fiery red Dragonborn in the dungeons of the Durst Estate - a dilapidated house on a rundown and seemingly abandoned farmstead. The group now consists of five individuals who still are strangers to one another and are seemingly trapped in some kind of alternate universe penned in by the mysterious fog that brought them there. Armed with the knowledge that "The Devil Strahd" may be their only way out, they seek information and power to try and bring peace to this realm and escape back home
