Isaac Dan Der Grimnebulin

Isaac is an enthusiastic scientist who has studied at both NCU and SCUMBAG and is currently working at NCU as a researcher. His boss is Montague Vermishank and he doesn't seem to like him much. He has mentioned that he is currently working on a project for a flightless garuda named Yagharek, who came from the Cymeki Desert and appears to have his wings sawn off as punishment for choice theft in the first degree - whatever that means.
He has asked Brother Carmine to visit him at his workshop so he can take heliotypes of his working wing and the rest of the party to bring him any "winged flying things" for him to experiment on. He has said he will pay handsomely for both requests and that if he does crack the flying issue Carmine would be welcome to partake in whatever procedure is required.
Rather chatty fellow and was unware that Josiki stole his glasses right off his face. He introduced the people he was sitting with but was much more interested in talking with Brother Carmine than discussing Lin's new job or Derkhan.
