This sweeping district near the city's western edge has wide streets and stuccoed houses, exhibiting its prosperity to the world. There is old money here, but even so, Raven's Gate is still far from being the most elegant or decadent district in New Crobuzon. Beneath the clean surface, parts of Raven's Gate are crumbling and losing their austerity. The Moon and Daughter Inn and Tavern is a popular establishment within the district and is run by the fiery Red Kate

  A popular establishment run by the fiery Red Kate. Has accomodation for carts & wagons as well as mounts for an extra fee in their cosy stables as well as warm rooms and comfy beds for those who require a place to stay.
  Popular meals are the slow cooked lamb shanks with either a Kingpin Lager or a glass of Tarmuth Shiraz (5gp dinner special), Braised beef and veggie stew with a Iron Bay Stout or Tarmuth Cabernet (3gp special) or roasted chicken with buttered potatoes and leafy salad with Cobsea Ale or Tarmuth Pinot Grigio (2gp special)
