The Man in Black

A mysterious individual who approached the party one by one. Seemingly arriving and leaving without a trace. Seems to be connected to the Mayor and/or the militia and stood behind him during the meeting with the party. Mayor Bentham Rudgutter referred to him as Mont John Rescue.
