Whatever you do, never question anything Lady Heartstone has to say. Agree with her or simply nod, and, if you value your life, always do what she says when she says it. Those talons cut deeply, and she's never inclined to show mercy to those she believes to be disobedient or disrespectful.

Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Lady Heartstone is in decent health, although she doesn't do too much in the way of physical activity, meaning that she's not in the best of shape. She isn't very strong, but has exceedlingly fast reflexes, and above average hand-eye coordination.
Body Features
Her skin is fair and unblemished. She is slight of build with the false outward appearance of frailty. Instead of fingernails, her fingers end in sharp talons, and instead of nails on her toes, there are shorter talons there. The talons are iridescent.
Facial Features
She has a roundish face and full, pale lips. Her eyebrows are as pale as her hair, and her nose slender.
Physical quirks
Lady Heartstone will tap with her talons for emphasis, especially when angered.
Apparel & Accessories
Her usual apparel changes on a whim, although she is always forced to wear open-toed sandals due to the claws on her feet.
Mental characteristics
Personal history
She was born into nobility, and her mother died in childbirth due to the sharp talons with which Afrid was born. Her father was quite disappointed that she wasn't a boy, but since she was his only child, he made sure that she had the best education she could get and that she always thought first of her position and the position of her family.
When she was 17, her family moved to Vergis after her father inherited land from his own father. It wasn't long after that she met her future husband, Yavrin Heartstone. Lord Heartstone fell in love with her quickly, and her father agreed to the match since his family was in a slightly more elevated position. When Afrid was 18, she became Lady Heartstone. She had one child, a boy, who is now residing in Oxferi, having been given access to the family's estate there and money enough to take care of their interests there.
