Human
Humans are the dominant race in the continent of Valtara and the Epochian Span on Edtah. They are a diverse and adaptable race, known for their ambition, resilience, and capacity for both great good and great evil. Humans vary greatly in appearance, with a wide range of skin tones, hair colors, and facial features. They are generally taller and less physically robust than dwarves, but more versatile and adaptable compared to the longer-lived elves.
The relationship between humans and other races in the region is complex. While there is a thin treaty between the humans and the elves of Hamm'ethera in the northern forests, it does not guarantee complete trust or cooperation. Humans are viewed with caution due to historical conflicts and differing perspectives on the use of resources and land. Similarly, the dwarves of Agem Orshen hold some lingering resentment from the War of Coffers that occurred over 600 years ago. Despite this, both races acknowledge that humans possess the capacity for both greatness and failure, and as such, they allow humans to prove themselves, which can lead to strong friendships.

Females of the humans tend to be slightly shorter, with an average height of 5'4", and have an average weight of approximately 135 pounds. Their physiques tend to be slender, maintaining a harmonious balance between grace and resilience.

Growth Rate & Stages
In the realm of Edath, humans reach adulthood at the age of 15. At this point, they are considered to have acquired the necessary skills and maturity to take on adult responsibilities. From the age of 15 to 35, humans are in their prime, characterized by strength, vitality, and the peak of physical abilities.
Upon reaching 35 years of age, humans transition into middle age. While still maintaining their physical prowess, they begin to experience the gradual effects of aging, such as a slight decline in physical stamina and perhaps the first signs of wisdom and experience.
By the age of 53, humans are considered elderly. They may start to experience more noticeable physical and mental changes associated with aging. Despite this, many humans remain active and continue to contribute to society, drawing upon their accumulated knowledge and life experiences.
Finally, humans enter their twilight years at around 70 years of age. During this stage, they are generally considered to be in the later stages of life. Physical abilities may become more limited, and they may require additional support and care. However, their wisdom, experience, and often esteemed positions in society can still make them valued members of the community.
