Stannerton

The second town in Aberston , Stannerton is a sprawling tangle of market stalls, bazaars, shops, brothels, Inns and warehouses.
It stretches out from the fishmarkets of The Basin, along the old tramways to Easton Quay, separated only by the city walls, before arcing around the northern and western sides of The Basin, rambling northwards, penned in by the great tors of Kermendyowl Moor. Stannerton has become so cramped that the inhabitants have started building out over the water, that now runs foul with wastewater, the vapours mingling with the greasy stench that permeates the rest of the town.
