The Eerie Ruins of Weston

In the aftermath of the fateful night that Weston was Torn Asunder by Thunder after the worst Cumulus Glacibus Avalanche Surge on record, it was decided by the townsfolk that it was too dangerous to attempt to rebuild as there were several more avalanches in the days and weeks that followed, not to mention the danger of collapsing buildings and mires caused by the mudslide. 


As a result, Weston has effectively been abandoned, with residents of Easton taking on the work of the Weston villagers and causing the population there to increase considerably as the years went by. 


During that time, what remained of Weston had fallen to ruin. The cold moisture trapped in the ground meant that the area was shrouded in a permanent fog. The ruins can sometimes be seen poking through the top of the fog bank, like eerie fingers, reaching toward the freedom of the open sky.
