Doctor Julen Alaniss

Julen Alaniss, or the Dreamweaver, is a psychic arcanist from Avill Glen and is known across the globe for aiding all types of sleep disorders and manipulating sleep cycles. She's the wife of Key Dawston, and is involved in helping Evander after his escape from Ferren Downs.

Dreamweaving

A bit of a misnomer, dreamweaving doesn't actually create or change an individual's actual dream but instead brings a person between the different stages of sleep in order to cause or prevent them from dreaming. Julen is a strong enough arcanist to actually be able to pull people between both conscious and unconscious stages, however her specialty lies in dream-related stages and healing sleep-related issues/injuries.

Currently, Julen is the only arcanist granted usage of Astervitch's arcana, allowing her sole access to an immense reserve and potential power, and the only living arcanist to have used a Sword of Eava.
