Vallen Raughdon is the Rusalken's slighen. He has previously worked under the Protectorate, and fled the Jzakaar monestary with his sister, Saoirse, before joining Astervitch and Evander during their journey to kill Michel Torniet.
At the end of the prequel, Vallen takes up Evander's request to take Corrigan's place as the Rusalken's slighen, and moves to Beourjen City to join the company.
