Goliath

The goliath the noble savage, they have invited me in for drink. The village is composed of many different huts and teepees. The goliath are much larger as their name would indicate. I am amazed at the culture they have displayed. While watching from afar they were vicious killers, putting some of the Bearfolk to shame, they have much in common with their allies in the way they conduct business. They have a tribal leadership that is composed of wise men and women, those that have shown themselves to be not just strong warrior of brawn but of the mind. The drink they offer is warm milk. It is quite good, the shaman leads off with a story of the tribe, it seems, that the story is the history of this tribe, and how it came to be located here in the valley. Time will tell how these goliath are but for now they are a very peculiar tribe of people. ________________________________________________________________________ 3
Arah's Children Birth
Arah, being the god of honor and war found himself lacking in the early years of the world, people had yet to see him. So he found an area in the mountains in which to place a people that would dedicate themselves to living in his name. They would be giants among men, they would fight with honor, they would be good people. Thus the goliath were created. The goliath found themselves in the frigid mountaintops of the north. Once there they worked to create a place for them in the mountains. They built small camps and created weapons for hunting. In doing so they discovered combat and as Arah had made them they enjoyed it and were quite good at it. They found no other to fight so they survived and waited. They waited for a many years and still no fight. Arah while looking for a group to call his own had not bothered to look to see if anything else was in the area.
