Bjardalar

The capital city of the Qivias province, Bjardalar is primarily inhabited by humans and high elves. It is a trade depot, but more importantly is the art and fashion center of the Empire. Artists come from all over the world, hoping to find a patron and make their fortune, while the rich and noble come seeking new vision on which to lavish their funds. It is a wonderful symbiosis which takes place in one of the most beautiful cities in the Imperium.
