Les Forêts Jumelle (less fo-(R)EY Z(h)UU-mell)

Les Forêts Jumelle, which translates from sylvan as "the twin forests," is the place where the boundaries between the Prime Material and the Feywild are the thinnest. Due to some ancient and little-understood pact between the Autumn Court and the Wild Hunt, Les Forêts is inaccessible to the feral and unpredictable Hunters. This makes the First Seal, placed by Jaxuusk Kroaxl early in the Age of Heroes, less effective in this area, as it was originally created to keep The Hunt from rampaging across the material plane. Generally, it is advised that those intelligent travelers who do not wish to be accidentally transported to the Feywild should venture no further than Chillgarde. The only people who comfortably live within the misty, shifting forest are the reclusive Firbolgs, who do not deign to share their tricks with the rest of us.
