Nzebari

The capital (and, indeed, the only) city of the reclusive Tabaxi kingdom on Vesium sits at the bottom of the volcanic basin which forms the entire island. A culture protected by towering black glass mountains for millennia, Vesium eschews any unnecessary magic or technology, and grants access only to those who pass their extensive tests. It is said that in the verdant jungles of this isolated island nation there are strange, exotic creatures that are found nowhere else, and hidden shrines to a pagan god of nature older and wilder than even Lord Adaris.
